Hello and welcome to the home of The Mission Cwmtwrch online. As a fellowship of Christians serving in Cwmtwrch in the Swansea Valley we invite you to join us on Sundays as we worship the Lord Jesus Christ together. All our main meetings are in person but with ZOOM available for those unable to join us face-to-face.
And they devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers.

The past few years have been unusual to say the least. A period when we've had more time than at any point in our adult lives to reflect and re-evaluate our lives. Covid took a terrible toll on many of us but if there's some consolation it's in the opportunity for a new beginning. Many will have questioned why? and asked the question, 'how could God allow this to happen"? Whatever your question, Jesus Christ alone offers the answers. He turns lives around and transforms us - to be the people we were created to be. When we put our faith in Jesus he responds – forgiving our sins and giving us new life, a fresh start and a new relationship with the God who made us.
“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life".
John 3:16
We invite you to join us for worship at 10am and 6pm every Sunday or at our prayer meeting at 7pm on a Wednesday. We continue to provide ZOOM access to our services for those unable to join us in person. Other regular weekly meetings continue to be available on ZOOM until further notice. Who Are We?
The Mission is an independent Christian fellowship established in 1912 with a firm commitment to reaching out to our community with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
This independence has not prevented us from working with other churches and missionary societies as the Lord has led us. We continue to believe in preaching the full Gospel as revealed in the Bible and the work of the Holy Spirit in building the Church.
The Mission is the only English speaking fellowship in Cwmtwrch. The membership is currently around 30 and is drawn from all walks of life. We continue to look to God and His inspired Word as our guide to life and remain convinced that He alone is the answer to the world’s deepest needs.
We have a time of worship, open prayer and testimony and a sermon.
Stay around to chat over a cup of tea or coffee and a biscuit at the end of the morning service.
